At Office Things, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, you may request a refund within 45 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
✅The request is made within 45 days of receiving the product.
✅The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
✅Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required.
✅The item must not be part of our non-refundable/excluded items list (see Section 4).

2️⃣ Return Approval & Instructions: If eligible, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
3️⃣ Send the Item Back: Ship the product using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4️⃣ Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
💳 Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited back to the original card.
💰 PayPal/Other Online Payments: Refunds will be processed to the same payment account.
🎁 Store Credit (Optional): If you prefer, we can issue a store credit instead of a cash refund.
The following items cannot be refunded:
🚫 Custom-made or personalized office furniture.
🚫 Clearance or final sale items.
🚫 Items that are damaged due to misuse, assembly errors, or wear and tear.
🚫 Gift cards or digital purchases.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [support@officethings.online] with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
